EISENHOWER AND THE RIGHTEOUS CAUSE:
THE LIBERATION OF EUROPE

The non-profit Eisenhower Foundation and the Dwight D. Eisenhower Presidential Library are undertaking an ambitious new project entitled Eisenhower and the Righteous Cause: The Liberation of Europe. The project will include a world-class museum exhibition at the Eisenhower Museum in Abilene and 7-month long series of lectures, conferences, and education programs relating to the Holocaust. These events will focus on an important Eisenhower Legacy.
Eisenhower and the Righteous Cause is significant because it will bring Holocaust education to thousands of students and museum visitors in the Midwest. This is an audience that may never have the opportunity to visit the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington D.C. Sara J. Bloomfield, director of the national Holocaust Museum will speak at the exhibit opening in Abilene on May 24th.
As is the case with all exhibitions, public events and educational programs at presidential libraries, Eisenhower and the Righteous Cause will receive no federal funding from the U.S. National Archives. Total cost of Eisenhower and the Righteous Cause will be $150,000.
For this effort to become a reality we need private support and we invite you to become a sponsor for this worthy project. See our prospectus.
Thank you for your consideration.
